XL, the material is elastic and adjustable so should fit 6 years + up to XL adult.
Sadly you need 4 players minimum as some of the challenges are 2 players against two players.
We recommend 6 years plus but have known some 4-year-olds to manage fine with a bit of help on the odd challenge.
